Preorder for pre-vernalized seed garlic bulbs. We will be receiving certified organic west coast seed garlic early in the fall and pre-vernalizing (12 weeks of cold storage) so the cloves you receive will be ready to plant immediately upon delivery. Shipping will occur in early to mid December at the correct planting time to guarantee sucess. If you can grow short day bulb onions, you can grow garlic. A typical 1/4lb order is 2 very large heads of seed garlic.

Inchelium Red - This variety has been a proven winner for central FL- more tolerant to weather fluctuations than other trialed varieties , making a high amount of large to extra large size garlic heads and being a quick enough grower to mature before our spring temperatures rise. 

Lorz Italian - We were impressed by this variety when we trialed it for a few reasons - its consistency to bulb during winters with temperature fluctuations was comparable to our mainstay variety 'Inchelium Red', most plants made nicely sized heads and more importantly very large individual cloves - made for easier work in the kitchen, even smaller heads tended to have very nice size cloves. This variety is very hot when raw but mellows really nice when roasted. Sicilian heirloom.
