Mint #1 Mentha sp. - Florida adapted mint

Mint is a staple of many herb gardens but most varieties suffer greatly during Florida's steamy summers. Mint #1 is a very well adapted mint variety selected at HEART Village for its tolerance to Florida growing conditions. 

We find it excels in dappled shade to full sun, and will slow down during the summer slightly but bounces back quickly as cooler temperatures show up in the fall.
