Collection: Classes/Tours and Consultations

Throughout the year we offer topic specific classes on food growing techniques and skills, as well as tours of our one acre gardens, food forest and micro farmstead. We hope touring our Clermont FL area site offers insight to realistic food systems that have been built up over a decade with a lower middle class budget. We aren't a cute, ready for instagram garden with no expense spared, these are real systems developed on a limited budget to maximize our space and resources and be effective and efficient food production systems that are well integrated and pull from many schools of thought including permaculture and forest gardening techniques, traditional row cropping with a permie twist as well as adapting higher tech solutions such as hydroponics and targeted irrigation to maximize resources. 

Due to size, tours are limited to 10 people. We're also available for consultations on your site, to get you heading in the right direction with small scale food production on your property.
